The Blanshard C.D.C. was formed to promote the economy and quality of life in Blanshard. It also administers a community loans program to help new businesses become established. 

The Blanshard CDC constantly takes inventory and works with our local businesses to ensure that their opinion in every decision is considered and discussed, because we realize that our businesses are the "Bread Basket of Our Communities"
